【盤點】中東呼吸綜合征最新亮點研究論文速覽 時間:2015-06-02

近日,韓國籍中東呼吸綜合征(MERS)患者進入到廣東惠州引起社會高度關(guān)注,MERS病毒于2012年在中東發(fā)現(xiàn),并引起了全球科學(xué)家的關(guān)注,其不同于埃博拉的接觸式傳播,與其“表親”SARS一樣,是通過空氣傳播的。MERSSARS均屬于同一個β冠狀病毒屬,而且均屬于C亞型;感染后也會出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒、呼吸衰竭,有時伴有腎衰竭等類似癥狀。數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計表明,MERS致死率遠(yuǎn)高于SARS10%,達到37%(中國疾控中心公布數(shù)據(jù)為27%)以上,但該病毒傳播速度并不快。

據(jù)世衛(wèi)組織公開數(shù)據(jù),截至5月中旬,3年來MERS病毒在全球20多個國家累計感染1100多例患者。目前業(yè)內(nèi)尚未有證據(jù)表明,該病毒可以在人群中廣泛傳播,大多是接觸動物或醫(yī)院內(nèi)密切接觸感染。
